About the role
The Staff GTM Systems Engineer will own and architect CodeRabbit's agentic GTM systems harness, overseeing pipeline generation, quote-to-cash, and billing integrations. This role involves building internal tools and agents, setting engineering standards for Business Systems, and partnering with Finance and GTM teams to scale systems as the company transitions from PLG to enterprise sales.
Requirements
Deep hands-on Salesforce engineering (Apex, LWC), strong full-stack software engineering (TypeScript, Next.js), experience with agentic coding tools and guardrails, and a track record integrating GTM systems end-to-end. 7+ years of experience preferred.
